806.12 SEVERABILITY.
   The provisions of this chapter shall be liberally construed to protect and preserve the peace, health, safety and welfare of the public, and should any provision or section of this chapter be held unconstitutional, invalid, overbroad or otherwise unenforceable, such determination/holding shall not be construed as affecting the validity of any of the remaining conditions of this chapter. If any provision in this chapter is found to be partially overbroad, unenforceable, or invalid, permittee and Municipality may nevertheless enforce such provision to the extent permitted under applicable law.
