806.04 APPLICABILITY TO PERMITTEES.

All permittees shall comply with this chapter, except that a permittee need not comply with the insurance provisions of Sections 806.08(a) through 806.08(f) if it is maintaining the insurance required by Section II.J of its Franchise Agreement (pertaining to incumbent video providers continuing certain insurance provided under their preceding franchise).
