Any person violating this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalties set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code. Moreover, presentation to the city of any false or intentionally misleading statements, certificates, or applications by the owner or by the licensed designers or licensed installers or licensed inspectors or licensed maintainers or licensed service providers of subsurface sewage treatment systems shall also be a misdemeanor.
