§ 136.17  POSSESSION OR PURCHASE BY MINORS RESTRICTED.
   Except as provided in divisions (B) and (C) hereof and § 136.18, no person under 21 years of age shall possess or buy any model glue.
   (A)   Except as provided in divisions (B) and (C) hereof and § 136.18, no person shall sell or transfer possession of any model glue to another person under 21 years of age.
   (B)   A person may sell or transfer possession of model glue to a person under 21 years of age for model building or other lawful use where said juvenile has in his possession and exhibits the written consent of his parent or guardian.
   (C)   That a person may sell or transfer possession of, to a person under the age of 21 years, not more than one assembly kit which contains not more than one container of model glue not to exceed one fluid ounce, as a necessary part of model assembly.
