§ 135.30  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FIREARM.  Any pistol, revolver, long gun or other dangerous weapon from which a dangerous projectile may be propelled by using explosives, gas or air as a means of propulsion, or any other means of propulsion.
