It shall be unlawful for any person to carry, transport or display any such firearm, when loaded with bullets or any other dangerous projectile which such firearm is designed to employ, in any place or locale other than his own domicile or place of business, whether such carrying, transporting or displaying be concealed on or about his person or otherwise.
