§ 131.06  OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly obstruct, resist or oppose any police officer, sheriff, fire fighter, coroner, city treasurer, constable or other officer or public official, directly or indirectly, in making or attempting to make an arrest, or in the discharge or attempt to discharge of any of his lawful duties.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the words OBSTRUCT, RESIST or OPPOSE shall include but not be limited to the giving of false information, the concealing or attempting to conceal or the giving of false information concerning the identity of any person or persons when the same is requested by any of the above named officials, or any other physical action or actions or words, comments, representations or verbal statements which prevent or tend to prevent such officer, sheriff, firefighter, coroner, City Treasurer, constable or other public official from the discharge of his lawful duties.
