For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CART. Any rolling or nonrolling basket or container commonly used in supermarkets or self-service stores.
PROPERTY. Such term shall mean and include any cart.
STORE. Any individual store, of whatever nature or type, chain store or supermarket.
