(A) Noncompliance. In the event of any noncompliance with the provisions of this chapter after a certificate of registration has been issued, the certificate may be revoked or suspended by order of the city until the noncompliance has been corrected as determined by the city.
(B) Written notice. Upon any revocation and/or suspension, the city shall notify in writing the business of the action taken and shall specify the nature of any violations.
(C) Hearing. Any business aggrieved of the action taken by the city may request a hearing before the Mayor to be held within 21 calendar days of the request.
(D) Final determination. The Mayor shall determine whether or not a violation has occurred, and if so, shall determine whether the revocation and/or suspension should be continued and, if so, under what conditions.
