§ 122.57  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Before a garage sale can be conducted, the homeowner or occupant of the premises at which said sale shall be held shall obtain a permit from the City Clerk. In addition to other information that may be required by the City Clerk, the permit shall contain the name of the applicant and the duration of the sale. No more than three permits each calendar year may be issued for the conducting of a garage sale; in addition, at least 30 days must elapse between the maximum of three permitted garage sales on the premises covered by the permit. Fee for such permit will be established by resolution of the City Council.
