§ 122.39 EXPIRATION DATE; REVOCATION.

Licenses issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall expire on January 1 following their issuance, and shall be revocable by the Chief of Police for a violation of any law of the state or any applicable provision of this code or any applicable ordinance of this city.
