§ 122.35 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person, society, club, firm, partnership or corporation to sell, offer for sale, or keep for sale upon any vacant lot or portion thereof in the city, any Christmas trees without first having obtained a license therefor from the City Clerk.
