§ 122.25 MOTORISTS PASSING VENDING VEHICLES.

Motorists shall not pass an ice cream vending vehicle as defined by this subchapter until after they have come to a complete stop within a safe distance. After coming to a complete stop and determining that it is safe to proceed, motorists shall proceed with caution.
