§ 121.73 OPERATION OF PUMP OR MEASURING DEVICE WITHOUT LICENSE; EXCEPTION.
   No person engaged in the retail business of selling flammable liquids shall employ, allow or delegate any person to operate a pump or device used to dispense gasoline, oil or other flammable liquids, unless such person has an operator's license as provided herein, and unless the license or certificate is displayed on the premises as provided herein. However, that this section shall not apply to a member of the public operating any such pump or device at a licensed self-service gasoline filling station.
