For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SELF-SERVICE GASOLINE FILLING STATION. Any premises or portion of premises open to the public where gasoline or other flammable liquid fuel for self-propelled vehicles or portable internal combustion machines is dispensed into fuel tank of such equipment by persons other than a licensed pump operator.
