§ 121.42  RECORD REQUIRED TO BE KEPT ON TRANSACTIONS; DISPOSITION OF VEHICLES.
   (A)   The licensee shall keep a record as prescribed by state statute governing the purchase and sale of motor vehicles stored on the storage lot.
   (B)   (1)   The licensee shall record all transactions of the storage, sale or purchase of motor vehicles on forms provided by the City Police Department.  A copy of said form shall be deposited with the City Police Department within 24 hours after each transaction.
      (2)   The licensee shall, within 48 hours after the taking of possession of a used motor vehicle, begin proceedings according to the appropriate state statute for the return of said used motor vehicle to the proper owner or the disposal of said motor vehicle.
