§ 121.36 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION; INVESTIGATIONS.
   (A)   No person shall maintain or operate a storage lot for the storage of used motor vehicles in the city without first obtaining a license therefor. Application for such license shall be made to the City Clerk, upon blanks to be provided. The applications so received by the City Clerk shall be referred to the City Manager, the Chief Building Inspector and the Police Chief, or their duly authorized representatives, for purposes of investigation and recommendation by said parties.
   (B)   After receipt of such recommendations, the application shall be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The Zoning Board of Appeals shall set a date for a public hearing in accordance with the procedure for public hearings set forth in Act 207 of Public Acts of 1921, as amended.
