The council may by ordinance establish an educational and rehabilitation commission for the Municipal Court of Inkster consisting of not less than three members. The members shall be inhabitants of the City of Inkster, shall be nominated by the municipal judges and shall be appointed by the council. Duties of the members of this commission shall be prescribed by the council and any member of the commission may be removed by the unanimous vote of the municipal court judges.
