§ 119.11  ORDER OF GOODS OR PRODUCTS; REQUIREMENTS.
   All orders taken by licensees shall be in writing and in duplicate, stating the name and address of both the solicitor, canvasser or peddler and his employer, and, if applicable, the terms of the order, a description of the goods or products involved, the same price, the down payment, the balance and the terms of payment of same. One copy of the order shall be delivered to the purchaser.
