§ 117.58  INSTALLATION OF SEWERS, DRAINS; LICENSE REQUIRED; SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   A master plumber may install sewers without having first secured a drain layer's license as herein required, but in such event such sewer must be laid by himself or by a licensed drain layer or journeyman plumber.

   (B)   Drain layers will be permitted to lay only such sewers or drains as are of vitrified clay construction, and will be held responsible for only such lines as are constructed over three feet outside of the foundation walls of buildings (private garages or minor outbuildings excepted) or over three feet outside of the surface projection of buildings set upon posts or piers.  No drain layer shall lay, alter or repair any sewer or drain within three feet of any building, or foundation wall thereof (private garages and minor outbuildings excepted).
