§ 117.57 SUSPENSION OF LICENSES.
Any licensed drain layer who shall neglect or refuse to comply with this subchapter or rules and regulations established by the Commissioners of Public Works or with the conditions of his permit may have his license suspended by the Commissioner and shall thereby be debarred from obtaining permits or doing drainlaying until the suspension has been removed by the commissioners or by action of the City Council, and shall also be liable for prosecution. Good faith or unreasonable delay in the performance of any work or drainlaying shall be deemed as sufficient reason for subjecting the drain layer so offending to a suspension of his license by the Commissioners, and every drain layer shall be held responsible for the violations of any regulations by mechanics or laborers employed by him.
