§ 117.15 EXCEPTIONS.

The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to service and installation of industrial machine, mobile equipment, any television equipment used or furnished by a common carrier public utility nor to any service and installation relative to which the state or the United States government has taken over the field of regulation and supervision.
