(A) The fees for licenses issued hereunder shall be as follows:
(1) Service dealer, $25 annually.
(2) Certified technician, $10 annually.
(B) Provided, that in cases in which the service dealer is also a certified technician, one fee shall be charged in the amount of $25 annually. When the said license is issued to a new service dealer or new certified technician for a period of less than six calendar months next preceding January 1, the fee shall be one-half for the remainder of said license term, and in all other instances the full amount of the fee shall be collected.
