§ 117.08  ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; REFUSAL, REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION.
   The City Clerk is hereby authorized to grant the required license to any applicant he finds qualified hereunder. He may refuse to issue a license and may suspend or revoke any license issued hereunder in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter and this subchapter relative to a hearing thereon, on a finding that the applicant or licensee has violated or is violating any of the provisions of this subchapter, the laws of the United States or of the state, or for any other good cause shown, and may also refuse to issue a license, and may suspend or revoke any license issued hereunder to any partnership, firm or corporation of which any partner, officer, director or manager has violated or is violating any of the provisions of this subchapter, the laws of the United States or of the state, or for other good cause shown.
