§ 117.04 SERVICE DEALER'S LICENSE; APPLICANTS; QUALIFICATIONS.
   An applicant for a service dealer's license shall be a holder of a certified technician license or must regularly employ a full-time certified technician. No service dealer's license shall be issued until the applicant has submitted to an examination as hereinafter provided and qualified thereunder, or has a regularly employed certified technician actively in charge, who has submitted to the examination and qualified thereunder; provided, that when a license has been issued to an applicant based on the qualifications of such regular employee and the active services of such employee with the licensee have been terminated, the said license shall be of no effect until the service dealer is again qualified in accordance with the provisions hereof, and it shall be unlawful for any such service dealer to engage in the business during the period not so qualified.
