§ 116.37  PERSONS OF OPPOSITE SEX RESTRICTED IN GIVING MASSAGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to perform any massage whether by hand or with a mechanical or electrical apparatus or to allow such massage to be performed on a person of the opposite sex. Provided, however, that this provision shall not apply in cases in which the service is under the supervision of any person licensed to practice medicine under the Michigan Medical Practice Act, MCLA 338. 1802-1806. 
   (B)   The text of division (A) of this section shall be posted on the premises in a location calculated to give the public notice of the existence of division (A) of this section or posted as directed by the Chief of Police or his representative.
