For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SECONDHAND DEALER. Any person who engages in the business of buying, exchanging, collecting, receiving, storing or selling any property herein defined as secondhand property.
SECONDHAND PROPERTY. Any used furniture, used appliances, used wearing apparel, used jewelry and used household tools, or any re-salable goods other than rags, papers, scrap metal and automobile parts.
SECONDHAND STORE. Any place at which a secondhand dealer buys, exchanges, collects, receives, stores or sells secondhand property.
