Any person seeking to engage in the business of a junk yard or junk shop as hereinbefore defined shall pay the City Treasurer as a license fee the sum of $50 per annum, and shall execute a bond to the city in the penal sum of $2,000 with one or more sureties, conditioned that said licensee will faithfully observe the provisions of this subchapter. A separate license must be taken out for each separate location to be used for a junk yard or junk shop.
