Every convalescent home or home for the aged for which a license has been issued shall be periodically inspected by a duly appointed representative of the Board of Health and the Fire Department, and such inspection shall be made and conducted at any time said inspection shall be made and conducted at any time said inspection shall be advisable in the opinion of the Board or the Fire Department or either of their authorized representatives.
