§ 114.05  AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH STANDARDS.
   The Board of Health is hereby authorized to establish the standards governing convalescent homes or homes for the aged and their method of operation, and to adopt any additional rules and regulations from time to time as circumstances may warrant.
