§ 114.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person may continue to operate any existing convalescent home or home for the aged within the city, nor establish, conduct, maintain or manage such convalescent home or home for the aged, for the hospitalization and/or care of human beings, without first obtaining a license therefor from the City Council.
