§ 114.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AGED.  Any person who has attained the age of 65 years or over.
   CONVALESCENT HOME or HOME FOR THE AGED.  As used in Act 280 of the Public Acts of 1939, as amended by Act 30 of the First Extra Session of 1944 and Act 142 of the Public Acts of 1949, which is a part hereof, is defined as an institution or building in which accommodation is maintained, furnished or offered for any fee, gift, compensation, reward or in expectation thereof, for the hospitalization or care of any aged, infirm or senile person, requiring or receiving boarding care, chronic or convalescent care.
