§ 113.218  REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Licenses shall be revoked by the City Manager for breach of this subchapter or any laws of the city or state. A licensee whose license is revoked shall be entitled to the same rights as an applicant for a new license whose application is denied by the City Manager as stated in § 113.214.
