§ 113.158 DISORDERLY CONDUCT; RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER.
   (A)   No person receiving a license under this subchapter shall permit any disorderly conduct or the use of any immoral, profane or indecent language, or permit the sale, giving away or use of intoxicating liquors or narcotics, or permit such place of amusement or exhibit to become or be a place or resort of thieves, prostitutes, narcotic addicts, narcotic peddlers, or other disorderly persons.

   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of the owner or operator of any show to maintain quiet and good order upon the premises. ('68 Code, § 4-708)
