§ 113.156  INACCURATE OR MISLEADING REPRESENTATION OF SHOWS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any licensee to advertise any show licensed under this subchapter in such a manner so that the advertising does not accurately represent the nature of the show, or so as to mislead or misinform the public as to the nature of the show.
