§ 113.153  RECOMMENDATION BY AUTHORITIES PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OR RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Previous to issuance or renewal of any license under this subchapter, a recommendation concerning the issuance of said license must be obtained from the Police Chief, Fire Chief and Building Inspector, The Police Chief shall determine whether or not there is any criminal record involving the applicant, and examine the site to determine the traffic patterns for safety purposes, for proper ingress and egress to said site, and to determine whether or not a police officer or officers may or may not be needed for traffic purposes or other purposes to protect the safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the community.
   (B)   The Fire Chief shall inspect the site and the facilities to be used thereon to be certain that said facilities meet all requirements of the Fire Code of the city, and to establish any regulations for the operation of said show to conform therewith.
   (C)   The Building Inspector shall inspect the site to determine the adequacy of sanitary facilities, rest rooms, the proper construction of temporary bleachers or other seats or stands, and to determine that said facilities meet all of the requirements of the Building Regulations, the Zoning Code and off-street parking requirements of the city code.
