For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CLERK, MANAGER, FIRE CHIEF, BUILDING INSPECTOR or POLICE CHIEF. These city officials and their duly authorized representative when used in this subchapter.
PERSON. Every natural person, firm, copartnership, association or corporation, and their legal successors.
SHOW. Any show, motion picture, play, opera or other theatrical performance, concert, or other musical performance or exhibition, sporting event, whether such event originates in the city or is exhibited in the city by electronic, mechanical or other means, circus, menagerie or other exhibition, entertainment, carnival, show or museum of whatsoever nature and name that is open to the public or accessible to casual clientele for which money or any other consideration is in any way demanded or received for admission thereto.
