§ 113.138  DISORDERLY CONDUCT PROHIBITED.
   No licensee under this subchapter shall permit or allow any disorderly conduct upon the carnival grounds, or the use of any immoral, profane or indecent language in, at or around any booth, stand, room, building, concession or structure upon the carnival grounds, or permit or allow any such structure or any part of the carnival grounds to become a place of resort for disorderly persons. No display, show, exhibit or act held or conducted in connection with any carnival shall be of an indecent or immoral character. Violation of any of the provisions of this section by any licensee, his agents, employees or associates, shall be grounds for the cancellation of such license and the forfeiture of all license fees paid.
