§ 113.135  FRAUD OR UNTRUE STATEMENTS ON APPLICATIONS PROHIBITED.
   In case any application shall contain any untrue statements, the license issued upon the approval of said application shall be subject to cancellation at any time by the City Council, and all license fees paid therefor shall be forfeited.
