§ 113.133  COUNCIL ACTION REQUIRED ON APPLICATIONS.
   Each such application shall be filed with the City Clerk and shall be brought before the Council at its next regular meeting. In case the applicant shall advance the costs of a special meeting, the Mayor may call a special meeting for the consideration of such application. In case the application shall be approved by the Council, the Clerk shall thereupon, and upon payment by the applicant the license fee, issue to the applicant a license. All licenses, when issued, shall state the location of the carnival licensed, the dates between which it may be conducted, the area which may be covered or used in connection therewith, and the number, type and character of the stands, devices, exhibits and displays permitted to be operated and maintained in connection therewith.
