§ 113.132  LICENSE APPLICATION; FORM AND CONTENTS.
   Any person desiring to operate or conduct a carnival within the city shall make written application to the City Council for the same. The application shall contain the names and addresses, including street and number; if the applicant is a firm, corporation, association or organization, the full names and addresses of such association or organization. The names and addresses of any of the members of such firm, or of the officers, officials, directors and other persons who may be financially interested in the carnival, shall also be listed, together with a statement of the nature of their interest. The application shall also specify the place where the carnival is proposed to be conducted, the number, type and character of the stands, devices, exhibits and displays proposed to be operated or maintained, the period for which the carnival is proposed to be conducted, and the area proposed to be covered by and used in connection with the carnival.
