§ 113.118  RESPONSIBILITY OF OPERATORS.
   Each operator under this subchapter shall be responsible and accountable for the violation of any of the terms of this subchapter by all of his agents or servants, whether or not the violation is committed with his knowledge. The operator, his agents or servants shall not allow patrons to do any of the acts prohibited by this subchapter.
