§ 113.115  HOURS OF OPERATION.
   No dancing or roller skating shall be permitted and no public dance hall or roller skating rink shall operate between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, without first having obtained permission from the City Council upon the recommendation of the Chief of Police.
