§ 113.098  SOUND AMPLIFICATION; RESTRICTION.
   A license issued under this subchapter shall not permit the licensee to use an outside amplifying system; nor shall any jukebox be operated in such a manner as to cause the sounds therefrom to be carried outside the building in which the jukebox is licensed.  However, a jukebox licensee may apply to the City Council for a special permit to allow the licensee to amplify the jukebox music to the outside of his premises subject to such restrictions as the Council may deem necessary.
