§ 113.094 PUBLIC INVESTIGATIONS AND INSPECTIONS.
   Application for license shall be made out and referred to the Chief of Police.
   (A)   The Chief of Police shall investigate the location wherein it is proposed to operate such jukebox machine, ascertain if the applicant is a person of good moral character, and either approve or disapprove the application;
   (B)   The Chief of Police, or any of his officers, shall have the right to inspect the premises where a jukebox is placed, at any time, to ascertain the existence of a proper license for said jukebox. Any owner of said jukebox and/or any person or persons, firm, corporation or association on whose premises said jukebox is placed who fails to permit said inspection shall be deemed in violation of this subchapter and punishable in the manner set forth in this chapter for violations herein.
