§ 113.077  DEVICES SPECIFYING SEXUAL ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED WHERE MINORS PERMITTED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section:
      (1)   SPECIFIED SEXUAL ACTIVITIES is defined as:
         (a)   Human genitals in a state of sexual stimulation or arousal;
         (b)   Acts of human masturbation, sexual intercourse or sodomy;
         (c)   Fondling or other erotic touching of human genitals, pubic regions, buttocks or female breasts.
      (2)   SPECIFIED ANATOMICAL AREA is defined as:
         (a)   Less than completely and opaquely covered:
            1.   Human genitals, pubic region;
            2.   Buttocks; and
            3.   Female breast below a point immediately above the top of the areola.
         (b)   Human male genitals in a discernable rigid state, even if completely and opaquely covered.
   (B)   Mechanical amusement devices, visual or audible, describing or relating to specified sexual activities or specified anatomical area (as described below), shall not be allowed on any place of business or establishment which allows the presence of minors.
