(A) The fee to be paid upon granting of licenses hereunder shall be $200 plus $15 for each mechanical amusement device on said premises, or as set by resolution of the City Council. Said license fee is in addition to the aforementioned application fee.
(B) An additional fee of $5 shall be charged for every transfer of location of any mechanical amusement device. The City Clerk shall keep a record of every license issued and the location of the device.
