(A) It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of 17 years to be in a bowling room after 10:00 p.m. in the evening, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of 17 years to be in a bowling room after 12:00 midnight, even though accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any bowling room proprietor or the operator, manager or the employee of such establishment to permit a child under the age of 17 years to remain in any such establishment contrary to the provisions of this subchapter.
(D) It shall be unlawful for the parent, legal guardian or, other adult person having the care or control of a child under 17 years of age to knowingly permit such child to violate any provision of this subchapter.
