No person, society, club, firm or corporation shall open or cause to be opened or operate or cause to be operated within the city limits any bowling room or any place where bowling alley or alleys are kept between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the forenoon on any day; and all bowling alleys shall not be used for playing between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. in the forenoon on any day.
