§ 113.030  AUTHORITY TO INSPECT AND INVESTIGATE PREMISES.
   The Chief of Police and his deputies and officers shall have access at all times to all bowling rooms within the city limits. It shall be his duty to investigate and inspect all bowling rooms within the city limits.
